All the mythological stories are nothing to do with Vedas. There is no mention of these mythological Gods in Vedas.+

All the mythological stories have nothing to do with the Vedas. There is no mention of these mythological Gods in the Vedas. Mythological Gods and Goddesses are based on the belief. The belief is no God. The belief implies duality.

From the ultimate standpoint, duality is merely an illusion. Thus, whatever one sees, knows, believes, and experiences within the dualistic illusion is bound to be an illusion.

Mythological stories are a myth. Whatever is based on myth is merely a superstition.

Mythology was introduced in the past for the ignorant masses. It has to be discarded as one progresses in his spiritual advancement.

All the mythological Gods are worshipped in the form of idols. The belief system that propagated ideas of many Gods and Goddesses, Bhakti is the only way to God, is simply trying to lead the people to darkness with its dogma and idea of many Gods, which is apart from the Self.

Mythology breeds superstition, blind belief, and senseless rituals, and is most irrational and giving them a divine outlook.

Mythological stories are a myth. Whatever is based on myth is merely a superstition. Mythology was introduced in the past for the ignorant masses. It has to be discarded if one has to realize the ultimate truth or Brahman, or the real God.

Through deeper self-search, one gains a new understanding of certain dogmas.

Ideas injected by religion about the literal heaven where people are immersed in pleasure, in a literal hell where people suffer, are fables.

The Vedic system did not have a caste system. The caste system was a fake created in the name of Hinduism. This non-Vedic belief system called Hinduism created hatred among the lower caste Hindus for the higher caste.

All the castes founded by the different founders came into existence after the 8th century. All these castes did not exist in the Vedic era.

Hinduism indulges non-Vedic beliefs such as idolatry, ancestor worship, pilgrimages, priestcraft, offerings made in temples, the caste system, untouchability, and child marriages. All these lack Vedic sanctions; therefore, Hinduism is not the Ancient Vedic religion or Santana Dharma.

Mark Twain: ~ "India is the cradle of the human race, the birthplace of human speech, the mother of history, the grandmother of legend, and the great-grandmother of tradition. Our most valuable and most instructive materials in the history of man are treasured up in India only."

India takes pride in being the descendants of the Sages of truth who gave the Advaitic wisdom. The Advaitic wisdom unfolds the mystery of the universe.

One must remember that for all periods the Vedas are the final goal and authority, and if the Puranas differ in any respect from the Vedas, the Puranas are to be rejected without mercy.

If you feel the Puranas say something and the Vedas say something else, reject the Puranas and believe in the Vedas. The Puranas are just a myth.

Yoga Vasistha:~ "Teachers, interpretations of sacred texts, the force of religious merit--none of these lead to the realization of that the ultimate truth which is revealed in the clear reflection of the heart, engendered from contact with the good."

Anybody can write a commentary on the Upanishads and other great philosophic texts, all they need to do to pour out words.

Some westerners, along with some orthodox pundits, translated and published books. The influence of Sage Sankara’s wisdom has nothing to do with orthodox belief systems.

Some philosophers in the past dissented from this interpretation of Vedanta philosophy, holding that the Incarnated Souls were separate from the Divine Essence and only finally merged with it after the cycles of birth.

All these theoretical philosophies are based on the false self (ego) within the false experience (waking) based on imagination.

It is quite easy to do this even for those who have never understood the Upanishads but think they have. Thus, the dualists and their disciples have written commentaries on scriptures, but all these have been written to satisfy themselves, not to get the truth, because all their interpretations are based on a dualistic perspective.

The truth will reveal itself only when one can reason from the nondualistic perspective. Likewise, thinkers and poets of the Age of Devotion (Bhakti) of the 16th century believed in a God with attributes who became very tangible when incarnating as God and was attainable simply through love and devotion rather than scholastic and intellectual meditation.

For them, the Bhagavad Gita became the main vehicle of inspiration with its qualified and deistic Monism, rather than the scholastic and esoteric path shown by Sage Sankara.

The truth-seeker has to reject the devotional path if he wants to realize the truth beyond form, time, and space. The path of Bhakti is for the ignorant populace.

The Vedas talk about Brahman, which refers to the ultimate truth or ultimate reality. Consciousness is the ultimate truth; therefore, consciousness is Brahman or God in truth.

The Vedas do not permit idol worship. All the idols are of the Puranic Gods; priests are referring to the Puranic Brahma as God; they are ignorant of the God in the Vedas even though they speak of the Vedas.

Priests do not understand the meaning of the Brahman, which is present in the form of consciousness.

Bhagavad Gita: ~ ‘All those whose intelligence has been stolen by material desires, they worship many gods. (7- Verse -20)

Only the path of wisdom leads the seeker of truth on his journey to the ultimate realization of the true nature of the universal essence, which is the invisible Soul. The invisible Soul is present in the form of consciousness.: :~Santthosh Kumaar
