Whatever is claimed as 'me' and mine are meaningless because ‘me’ and ‘mine are based on the ego. The ego belongs to the universe, which is a dualistic illusion or Maya.
From the ultimate point, there is no second thing that exists other than the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.
Ashtavakra Gita 16:10:~ If you desire liberation, but you still say 'I'. If you feel the ‘Self’ is the ‘I’, You are not a wise man or a seeker. You are simply a man who suffers.
A Gnani sees only unity in diversity, just like a goldsmith estimating the gold in various items of jewelry sees only gold. Thus, the Goldsmith everything is gold in jewelry. Same way Gnani sees the universe as nothing but an illusion created out of consciousness.
When one identifies the Self with the form, then only the form, time, and space are present. But when one transcends form, time, and space the duality never remains a reality.
All our doubts and questions arise, because, the Soul, the Self is in ignorance of its own true nature. When the Soul, the Self remains in its own awareness there, then there is unity in diversity (oneness).
You, your body, and the world in which you exist are within the dualistic illusion, which is present in the form of the ‘I’.
Realize you are not you, your body is not the body the world in which you exist is not the world but they are all made of single clay. That single clay is the Soul, the Self, which is present in the form of consciousness.
Because of ignorance, you think you are an individual separate from the world and the world existed prior to you, you are born in it later on.
The ‘I’ is inborn ignorance cause of experiencing the world in which you exist as a reality whereas the world in which you exist is a dualistic illusion.
By realizing your body and the world in which you exist are made of a single clay and that that single clay is the Soul, the Self, which is present in the form of the consciousness you will realize your body and the world what really is in reality.
Thus it is necessary to realize ‘what is what’ the world in which you exist is nothing but the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.
Remember:~
If one thinks the Advaitic truth is the ultimate truth, then he has to drop all theories based on the ‘I’.
All the theories based on the ‘I’ are based on the dualistic perspective. How can one realize the non-dualistic truth based on dualistic theories?
The ‘I’ hides the Advaita, which is the ultimate truth.
Thus, why glorify the ‘I’ which is the cause of ignorance. The seeker has to make sure and accept only the uncontradictable truth.
That is why Bhagavad Gita: ~ “The permanent is always there, only the transient ‘I’ comes and goes.” (2.18)
The ‘I’ hides the truth of the whole.
People think the ‘I’ without the body is the ‘Self’. The seeker has to understand the fact that ‘I’ is not the ‘Self’, but the witness of the ‘I’ is the true ‘Self’, which is eternal.
People are stuck with the reality of the ‘I’, which they take 'I' as real because some Gurus have propagated that the ‘Self’ is the ‘I’.
There is no need to convince such a mindset. The seeker of truth accepts only the truth nothing but the truth.
The Soul is present in the form of consciousness. Consciousness becomes the waking or dream. And the waking or dream becomes the deep sleep.
Thus, the substances of the three states are one and the same. The substance of the three states itself’ is the witness of the three states.
The substance and the witness are one, in essence. The essence is consciousness. Consciousness is the ultimate truth or God in truth.
The world in which we exist is nothing but consciousness. if the world in which we exist is consciousness then there is nothing that exists other than consciousness.
The ego limits consciousness to form, time, and space. If you want to overcome the physical conditioning of consciousness, then you have to realize the fact that, the ‘Self’ is not you but the ‘‘Self’’ is the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.
There is room for duality in reality; therefore birth, life, death, and the world are merely an illusion created out of consciousness. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar
